Our medium roast beans are naturally grown and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process. With a flavor profile of smooth caramel and citrus, our beans are grown at an altitude of 1100-1700m in the clay mineral soil of Piura, Amazonas, Peru. To maintain the purest nature, our coffee beans are gully washed, dried in the sun, and then methodically decaffeinated. Hand picked and sun-dried, our coffee is roasted in small batches the day it ships to unleash fresh, smooth, aromatic flavors in every sip.
